Biography
For over a decade, Drew Teti has represented plaintiffs with a focus on victims of illegal employment practices, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and a variety of other torts. Mr. Teti has been successful in obtaining millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements against some of the largest defendants and defense law firms on the country. Mr. Teti has successfully represented plaintiffs in venues across California in State, Federal, and Appellate Courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration including AAA, JAMS, and FINRA. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Teti has provided consulting services for employers to advise them on best practices so as to avoid litigation to begin with.
Mr. Teti holds a B.A. in political science from U.C. Berkeley, an MA in international relations from the University of Chicago, and a JD from U.C. Hastings. Mr. Teti is a California native and currently resides in the Bay Area.
